It now occurs to me that there is one very specific piece of advice I need.
I mentioned for controllers, I am replacing the confusing percent values
with absolute values. That's because for expression and volume,
percentages ranged from -157.48% to 47.52%. The impression it gives me is
"What on earth is this a percentage of?" Pitchbend will still use
percentages - much easier than mentally dividing 8192 by whatever.
Anyways, for that to look right, I need to make alternatives for the
strings that say percent, like:
tr("Value (%):")
tr("End value (%):")
My question to you as a translator is, should I duplicate all those
strings or not? Can I just append a " (%):" or " :" on the end of
tr("Value")? Or should I make two of each string?
