I've sketched some new code for treating tuplets. It's buggy right now,
but it already inserts quaver-crotchet and crotchet-quaver triplets
correctly. There are many bugs remaining but not so many weird "How come
doing this works so differently than doing that?" bugs.
When it's more stable, I hope to put it on a branch. It's enough of a
rewrite that I wouldn't put it on trunk until it's much more mature.
