MUSCLE pcsc and selecting cardlets.

        when i use the pcsc api to communicate with a little cardlet
        that i wrote, do i need to send the sequence of bytes to select
        the proper cardlet, or is there some way the api can do this
        for me? (it doesn't look like it.).
