Re: CS>Question Lyme, mycoplasma & ozone, etc treatment legitimacy??

2021-09-28 Thread Max

my two cents;

Define your objective.  If the objective is raise money, or seek
treatment, what value is it arguing that Lyme is bio-engineered? If
proving that lyme even exists is an issue, searching PubMed is a good
place to start.   But if you have to argue this fundamental thing,
perhaps you are talking to the wrong doctor.   I wonder what value it is
to point this doctor who wants you to see a Lyme illiterate doctor to
the silver list?    Be very specific with your intentions.  If you need
to convince a health care professional, ask them what proof they
consider valid, then find that proof rather than trying a scatter shot
approach.  No doctor will have time or interest, but they will have
derision.

Dr.'s Best. Start out slow, 40,000 to 50,000 then work your way up to
120,000/day. It dissolves plaque in the veins and if you go hog wild at
first, some can break off and cause problems. Once the plaque and
cholesterol is gone, the pressure goes down. I found it good for about
5 years, when you may need to take another round.

Dear Ode,     I agree totally.  I'd love to get your opinion on another matter.  Currently I'm taking 2 teaspoons of CS daily, keeping in my mouth for 4 or 5 minutes before swallowing to allow the ions to absorb into the blood before reaching the stomach.  I also nebulize with a small amount daily, only for a few minutes as I don't have any symptoms and feel fine.  For prevention do you think what I'm taking is enough?  Also, is it necessary to keep the solution in the mouth before swallowing?  Thanks for all that you do.     Bob -Original Message-

Most people are deficient in magnesium, which can lead to muscle cramps. Take a
mixed magnesium complex supplement orally. Before bedtime, it will help you
sleep. Magnesium "oil" can be rubbed into the sore areas topically.

protocol you mentioned for hardening of arteries?  My blood pressure continues
to be mildly high, despite pretty clean arteries -- so I'm wondering if your
combo might help.
BTW -- just saw a commercial on TV for Theraworx for muscle cramps!  Magnesium
and Calcium works for me!MA

Here is a list of some drugs that can cause the leg cramps
too...anti-psychotic drugs should be on it too. Be sure and drink lots of good
water thru the day :) Hope this might help

   - Furosemide (Lasix), hydrochlorothiazide (Microzide), and other diuretics
("water pills") that remove fluid from the body
   - Donepezil (Aricept), used to treat Alzheimer's disease
   - Neostigmine (Prostigmine), used for myasthenia gravis
   - Nifedipine (Procardia), a treatment for angina and high blood pressure
   - Raloxifene (Evista), an osteoporosis treatment
   - Terbutaline (Brethine), albuterol (Proventil and Ventolin), asthma
medications
   - Tolcapone (Tasmar), which helps treat Parkinson's disease
   - Statin medications for cholesterol, such as atorvastatin (Lipitor),
fluvastatin (Lescol), lovastatin (Mevacor), pravastatin (Pravachol),
rosuvastatin (Crestor), or simvastatin (Zocor)

Whenever I wake with a cramp (about once a month, usually my foot or big toe),
I limp into my kitchen and fix myself a glass  of  a product called calm. 2
teaspoons contains 325 mg of magnesium and it gets rid of the cramp within 5
minutes. I really rely on this product .

I bought some Melatonin from PureBulk in powder form. I want to make it into a
liquid and want to use CS. Can someone comment if this would be okay to do this
will it affect it at all?

Thanks in advance,

Debbie,

Why do you want to make it into a liquid? Whenever I use melatonin, I take a
pinch of the powder onto my tongue. Not much is needed.

BLACK SEED OIL!
Black Seeds Useful for Helicobacter pylori Infection

In 2010, Saudi Arabian researchers indicated that a large number of
diseases are ascribed to Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), particularly
chronic active gastritis, peptic ulcer disease and gastric cancer.
Successful treatment of H. pylori infection with antimicrobial agents
can lead to regression of H. pylori-associated disorders. H. pylori
resistance against antibiotics is increasing, and it is necessary to
find new effective agents. Nigella sativa seed (black seeds), a commonly
used herb, possesses anti-helicobacter activity.

The present study was undertaken to evaluate the efficacy of black seeds
for the eradication of H. pylori infection in 88 human non-ulcer
dyspeptic patients. Patients were randomly assigned to four groups. The
groups received various combinations of clarithromycin and/or
amoxicillin (antibiotics), omeprazole (anti gastric reflex drug), and
black seed oil. Researchers found that black seeds possess clinically
useful anti-H. pylori activity, comparable to the combined use of all
three drugs that were tested. [16]

Below are some quotes from notes I took from a website about Hpylori; I
don't seem to have the exact link noted but it is here somewhere:
http://www.mygutsy.com/healing-update-5/ http://www.dramyyasko.com
Plenty of info; the condensed document I made is 17 pages long. I'll
forward you a copy.

Quotes:

· Herbs-There are so many to count but there is good list
that are proven to kill it effectively. (I have lists below)

· Baking soda or acids- Which one do you choose? It is
important to understand the “science” behind it all to know HOW to get
rid of h. pylori. Read the section “a note on acids”

· Gums: (I did not want to include this in “herbs” so it
got its own category. Mastic gum is the most common and very good at
killing h. pylori.

Researchers in Australia made that startling discovery about the true
cause of ulcers in the early 1980s, at about the same time that mastic
was being rediscovered by the Arab scientists in the Middle East. The
Arab and British researchers subsequently (in the late 1990s) found that
mastic kills H. pylori. By then it was known that H. pylori typically
infects the stomach and intestines, but it is also commonly found in the
mouth (which is, after all, part of the gastrointestinal tract), because
there’s no way to prevent the bacteria from migrating up and down the
esophagus

Benefits:

· effective at eradicating h. pylori

· helps prevent cavities -specifically Streptococcus
mutans- known to create cavities. (the bacteria travels from stomach to
the mouth)

· acts as prebiotics for your probiotic (natural source of
food for your healthy bacteria- helps keep bad bacteria out)

· soothes stomach ailments

· eliminates stomach ulcers

· “absorbs” bad cholesterol –helps reduce heart attack risk

· anti-bacterial and anti-fungal

· decreases symptoms of IBS

· helps protect liver by decreasing certain liver enzymes.

· anti-viral

warning:

· Usually considered safe unless you have a true allergy
to the cashew family. It can be used by people on medications, but to be
safe, check with your doctor first.

Probiotic:

I take custom probiotic 11 strain (affiliate link). Gut pro and
prescript assist are also good. Both of these are free of fillers. There
are many strains that are superior in killing h. pylori, but when I did
my research I found that Custom probitoics was the best fit for me. Be
careful because they are powerful and can cause detox/die off.

Here is an article going over the “best strains” for eradication h.
pylori. They don’t “kill” the h. pylori but they prevent any further grown.

Studies have also highlighted probiotic supplementation to enhance
natural killer cell activity, stimulate IgG antibody responses

· L. acidophilus- reduce urease activity of h. pylori.

· L. johnsonii- secrete antimicrobial substances that stop
the h.pylori from adhering to the gut lining.

· L. salivarius- secrete antimicrobial substances that
stop the h.pylori from adhering to the gut lining. Reduce inflammation
in gut

· L. casei- inhibits h. pylori by lactic acid

·

Re: : CS Question on brewing...

2010-07-25 Thread Ode Coyote

Voltage is virtually irrelevant in making CS
It's current that counts..ie..current density or how much current is
flowing over what surface area of electrode.
You want to keep the current density low enough so that high silver ion
concentration zones don't develop in the microscopic area just off the
surface of the electrode. [Nernst Diffusion Layer]
If the concentration exceeds the solubility limits of silver ions in water,
the ions are forced into making whatever insoluble silver compound it can
out of whatever other elements are around..and once made, these compounds
don't tend to dissolve after they leave the area.

To keep current in check as the conductivity of the water goes up with the
addition of more silver ions...pulling more current [current
run-away]lower the voltage.
This can be done in several ways...a potentiometer [variable
resistor]...remove a battery...use an automatic current limiter such as a
current limiting diode or transistorized feedback circuit...even reduce the
apparent conductivity by moving the electrodes further apart.

Just using a plug in wall power supply, the current will go up and up and
up till it melts down and quits, or catches fire.
9 volt batteries won't deliver enough current to catch fire, but will
deliver plenty enough to make a mess of a batch of CS.

A general consensus ideal current density max has been establish on this
list by experience of 1 Milliamp over 1 active square inch of electrode
surface area.
Active has to do with electrode shape where points, corners and edges
[in that order] tend to concentrate ion discharge sending current density
up in those areas and flat expanses of back side and, less so, centers..
having a lower or little current density, thus counting less in the
equation for active surface area.

ie rectangular shapes will erode into a V shape showing that the points of
the corners are the most active..and round shapes with the tips in the
water will sharpen into pins showing that the round edges of the tips are
more active..then, once gone pin sharp into a point, the point is most active.

Bending ends slightly away from each other reduces that activity by
making the ions produced there travel further with less apparent
conductivity pulling less current due to more distance...making the rest of
the electrode work more.

I looked at the darker electrodes under a 40X zoom microscope, and
noticed something funny. The surface was covered with tiny pits, but a
large portion was in the form of shiny islands. I assume the pits mean
silver is being liberated from those places, but why do the other areas
remain higher and shiny?
## No clue as to why but it's a well known event in the electroplating
field. Since edges discharge more than flats, the pits should grow wider
till they connect, then pit deeper.
My best guess would be that once an ion is released, it establishes a
pathway that sucks others off from right behind it until edge discharge
becomes stronger than the pathway. I would guess that the added surface
area in the pits actually lowers the current density on a given electrode
and may even tend to distribute edge discharge away from the actual
corners. I've found that used pitted electrodes give better results than
new shiney ones if there are any marginal conditions present and since they
are rough, any crap stuck to them sticks better.
I recommend NOT shining the electrodes up with the green scrubby thingies.

In calculating the current density, I assume the current is uniform over
the entire surface of the electrode. But now it seems that only 50% or so
of the surface is active.

What would it take to make the entire surface active?
### A microscopic traffic cop? :-) [Ya got me]
Even the big 20 and 30 pound electrodes in vigerously agitated electrolyte
develop pits...pretty big naked eyes sized pits. If my pint sized memory
serves after 30+ years of not being an electroplater, the pits are never
deeper than they are wide. [seems like wider than deep in my old mental
picture]
Back then I never worried about current and numbers. Pull a sample and
look at it..adjust current according to visual inspection of corners and
holes..sometimes used bleed wires. Seat of the pants stuff.

BTW
How one would expect to use Faradays equations to predict PPM when
inevitable plateout is an unknown and an obviously highly significant

Re: CS Question to Ode - Electrode Efficiency?

2003-07-26 Thread Ode Coyote

Just from experimentation, observation and experience... I get better
results in an iffy situation from the old pitted electrodes. A batch run
at marginal current density is less likley to go yellow with the rough
electrodes. They 'might' contribute to a stronger TE but can't draw any
cohesive conclusions there. Apparently TE varies according to several
factors..too many to nail down.

Grain boundaries sounds good. Face centered cubic crystals would have
lots of points. Since the wire is probably drawn to dimension, there's
probably a lot of microscopic stress fractures as well...and/or tooling
marks? Like, how smooth is smooth and shiny to an ion? They probably think
they're flying out of a Himalayan heliport.

I swear that oxidation has something to do with the growth of large
particles. Crystals tend to grow around 'something' and while a yellow
particle may not have it's color determined by oxygen content, that doesn't
mean it didn't grow around an oxygen atom or two. How many silver ions will
fit around a single oxygen anion?

H2O2 does strange things to both pure silver metal and oxides..turns the
electrode metal black after it cleans it off, breaks up oxides AND clears
out various colors. If I use even a little H2O2 in the water, I get really
big shiny silver snowflakes suitable for a metalflake paint job...which if
left alone for months, turns into a white precipitate.
If I use highly ozonated water, it's much more likely to have a batch go
yellow than if the very same water is vented for a few days. [bubbles form
on the sides of the jug]
So, just maybe using low current density makes any oxide formation occur
close enough to the electrode for it to get stuck there. [Yea, I know,
nothing about this can be that simple]

..and, and andorbut

Wonder what would happen if the generation chamber had a fairly strong
vaccuum? ..strong enough to suck dissolved gasses out without evaporating
the water too fast.
..would current density suddenly not matter all that much?
..would ions remain ions?
..really high and small particulate content with no colors like a liquid
mirror?

 On that note:
The last batch I ran at ULVDC has a strange tendency to pick up any color
around it. If I take it outside, it's pale clear green. [mega forest]
Inside, it's pale yellow [lots of yellow pine in here] Held up to sunlight
or wrapped in white paper, no color at all. Won't pick up other colors like
red and blue or even blue green.
I've noticed that effect with some batches that had no color but did have
a somewhat heavy TE. {This batch has a very faint TE}
Have I made CS with metallic particles so small that the red and blue light
has a hard time finding them?

CS Question to Ode - Electrode Efficiency?
From: Mike Monett
Date: Fri, 25 Jul 2003 20:15:29

Hi Ken,

OK, I think I figured it out. When the electrode is new and shiny, ions
are liberated more at discontinuities, perhaps grain boundaries.

These areas grow preferentially since they are rough and have more
surface area. Eventually they will grow big enough to eliminate the high,
shiny areas and cover the entire electrode.

So this means a brand-new electrode actually has higher current density
than a well-used one.

On the other hand, perhaps the roughness tends to focus the activity to
the sharp peaks. If the oxide formation takes place very close to the
surface, say within a micrometer or so, the peaks actually may look flat,
but have a higher ion density than surrounding areas. This may promote
the formation of oxide that eventually grows into visible particles.

If the oxide is formed much further out, the variations in ion density
should smooth out, and it may not make any difference if the electrode is
new or well-used.

So I guess the next question is which electrode is best to obtain high
ppm? A brand-new one, a well-used one, or it doesn't matter?

Best Regards,

Mike Monett

the entire surface of the electrode. But now it seems that only 50% or so
 of the surface is active.

What would it take to make the entire surface active?

 Best Regards,

 Mike Monett

Mike Monett

I found some plastics cause fall-out (and had to ditch a whole batch because
of this). With amber glass bottles, I've had no problem whatsoever and
good shelf life.
Go well.

I believe they need to be glass as well as be dark in color.
Can't remember why it has to be glass. Could someone refresh my memory?

Hi,
I'm new to CS and the list. My question concerns colored containers. I

can't find cobalt blue or brown. What about a medium to dark green, which I

found at Walmart?
Thanks
Gail

However if you use clear, I would suggest storing it in a dark cabinet, and not
in direct sunlight.
