RoPS (PostScript level 1 only) with stable releases of abcm2ps
(3.7.xx). Here is how to make it work:

Huh! I'm running Mac OS X 10.2.4 on a newer iBook. I have the same version
of abcm2ps as Phil does, downloaded as a Mac binary from abcplus @
sourceforge, same as his was.
The tune converted to postscript no problems at all. No hanging. No

abc4mac uses the approach of wrapping abc2ps (and abcmidi) in a basic
UI that just allows you to put up a file dialog and then invokes the main

On OS X, you can simply compile and run from the command line.

available. The documentation is not very well organized, you just have to
look at the samples, and in some cases the source code, to see what all the

I'm glad to announce this new release of abcm2ps, which includes many
bug fixes (thank you, Frank, your little 'Fuga in G mol' helped a lot).
Aside from bugs, this version now offers a same voice to be printed
