PO too. Fuzzy match is not the same as moving the exact translation

I merged Rrussian translation from previous release to CUI before your
intrusion, so 6008 translated, 0 fuzzy, 27 untranslated (really new).

system, which looks interesting and apparently has an opensource edition:
