Tnx to all who responded to my question re the lower than 24930 ssb operation. The consensus is that the ssb lower band edge is in fact 930 as suspected. Having said that, if u all will tune to 24920 u will hear vp8sdx on ssb wkd EU es USA na/sa from 925 to 935. This spilt is a good idea

Steve, The USA 12 Meter band limit for phone operation is 24930-24990 but many other countries around the world are not restricted in the 12 meter band like in the USA. Fortunately, most comply to the USA band by staying above 29930 on ssb and leave the lower portion for cw only but some

Gerald, I am in NC and according to W6EL Prop my MUF to TX0C is 13.5 MHz. Solar Flux is 188 and K=2. Does not make sence. This is just an example of my [DXR] Post made Saturday night concerning strange HF Propagation Brownout that has been affecting most of the East Coast for last week or so.
