Mike, thanks for the suggestion. I did do the DX4WIN report suggestion and it
did change to " checked" with an asterisk by the prefix. The other possible
actions on the pulldown should give me the info I'm looking for.

Hello Mike,

You may need to do that manually.  If you make a submission through DX4WIN,
you can change all of the submitted QSOs to Checked.  Look under Reports –
Award Flags – Action.  Try this – AFTER making a backup copy of your log and
putting it safely away.  Do a submission (Reports – Report/Action –
Submission) for the award(s) of interest.  Then do Reports – Award Flags –
Action – Submitted -> Checked for the same award(s).  If that doesn’t work,
maybe someone else will have an idea, or you may need to do it manually.

My numeric values in LOTW and Dx4WIN match exactly. My question is when I

Hello Dean,

Are you talking about the DXCC report?  In this matrix the symbols are:
C = confirmed (but not submitted for credit, or credited by the League)
S= submitted for credit (but not yet credited)
*= confirmed, submitted, and credited to your DXCC account.

So - what you see is not unusual.  There is a handy way to align your DX4WIN
log with your ARRL DXCC account, if you have a DXCC award and an LoTW
account.  Use Jim's utility program "Compare LoTW to DX4WIN".  Info is here:

Where Rx is the frequency you are RECEIVING on and Tx is the frequency

Yes!
1. Place variable information in the Notes for this QSO, not Notes for this

2. Use the Prefix box to correctly identify where the station is for that

I am new to DX4WIN, and would like to know if there is a work around to
 my (admittedly) very small problem.

There are a number of stations in my log that I have worked that have
exactly the same callsign, although their addresses have been different.
Indeed, their entity has been different.

For example, 3D2XX worked from both Fiji and Rotuma.

In the 'Notes for this Call' field, I typically enter the name of the
 station, and their basic address.

In DX4WIN, I find that, the SECOND time I enter a QSO with the same
call, DX4WIN updates the FIRST address.

Is there a way that I can record different addresses in this field for
the same call - and how?
