I'll second/third Thunderbird as a excellent email client. I've been
using it for 15+ years, and I've never been disappointed or frustrated.
It's power and flexibility are truly note worthy.

Yep. I would posit that's why forums predominate now. It puts the burden on

My two cents:
Filtering works with individual mail delivery, but not so good with the
digest format. Simply cutting extra dialog or repetitive content from one's
message will go a long way. I don't believe there is a need to include an
entire thread in every relative reply. Fellas..just snip
Nabble appears somewhat broken. It rarely sorts messages these days, even
with a title which includes something like [K3].
For example, the last 8 K3 posts which were placed in the K3 subdirectory
date back to Dec 2, and the last 8 P3 posts date back to Oct 2, with only
one in Dec and one in

I had a conversation or two with the individual who (formerly and somewhat

Tnx for the info, Dave. When I joined the list a few years ago, everything
went into its proper subfolder, and I just assumed it was an automated
process.
As Elecraft products continue to grow in number and popularity, a single
list will become more and more unmanageable over time.

If there's going to be a vote [which I sincerely doubt], I vote for one
list. I have yet to exhaust the capabilities of T-Bird in filtering and
segregating messages. Including the Elecraft product(s) in the subject
line really really helps, but even if not there, 98%+ of the Elecraft
list

In my not so mumbled opinion, if everyone would:
