My sweet, beautiful little Cheshire crossed the rainbow bridge last Wednesday
night. She had only been sick for less than 10 days. She was on antibiotics
and some pred for 10 days for gum problems. I was going to schedule her for a
cleaning in a few weeks, but her health seemed to decline a

i think we all questions what we did or did or did not do. i keep asking
myself what i missed that might have saved Bob's life. was he giving me
signals that i just did not pick up on. all we can do is learn from each
experience. i am sure Cheshire and Bob know and understood. they knew

My heart hurts for you Claudia. God bless you for your efforts for Cheshire.
Don't beat yourself up over they way things happened at the end. You loved

Hello.
Yesterday, one of my four cats was diagnosed through the ELIZA test
with FeLV, and I am just devastated. He's always
been healthy; he's 3 y.o. and I'd had him since he was a
kitten, until last year when he escaped while we were moving.
He was on the streets for almost four months, then
Molly, have you vaccinated your three negative cats? I have a mixed household
but my negative kitties were vaccinated.

Hey,
That's a common forum of debate in this circle. The best data that I have seen
suggests that approximately 70% of cats exposed to the virus will be able to
mount an immune response capable of irradicating the virus. If the cats are
vaccinated, this number jumps about 85-90%. It is not
-testing. As Sally said to Jenny, though, there's
already been exposure, so I'm tempted to just immunize and mix.

Molly,
