SimGear code, however that was resolved. AKAIK, 0.9.10 compiles OK under
Cygwin, but I haven’t tried it for ages, since I use the CVS version.

One happy Cygwin user here.
Latest Cygwin update is probably sometime around Easter, but plib, SG,
FG and data are all CVS.
