I am also using Windows 7 with both JAWS 14 and JAWS 2018. I found the trick to getting access is to make sure your sign in page is maximized. Once you have done that, then sign in and just open up the tabs you need. I use it for credit card only, though, so other areas may be different.

I'm not sure that Win7 explains it. I did find that Chrome worked much better with the website than did either IE or Firefox. Also, some link descriptions are counterintuitive. Unfortunately, all I have at BofA are credit cards, so I can't offer any specific suggestions. -Original
