When pressing insert j, if one has their jaws to appear in the system tray, it brings up a context menu correct? I do that and nothing happens and I don't even see the jaws icon in the system tray, even though its set to show that way. I'm using the recommended jaws for windows 10. Thank you.

Cortana is a new part of Windows 10. She is a personal assistant like Siri on the iPhone. Pretty much works the same as well. You can ask her to open a web page for you, start a particular program, I believe she will write an email for you and such things as that. She is voice controlled.
