This is interesting. I think the problem is with Internet Explorer. When I am in my WLM e mail or even if I am in Firefox, the short cut keys works. One other thing, when in Internet Explorer, and I open the system tray, the keys don't work either. However, when in the windows, [WLM or Firefox]
