suggests a whole database, not a dataset. TDataSource connects to a

Hi,
I got another svn update today and looked through all the new icons.
I think the 'default' icon is unclear an the moment. A few times I
had to mouse over to see the tooltip just to make sure it was the
default icon. It looks to much like a design (actual) component icon
instead of a place

delphi's choice tdatasource.png has never been familiar to me: this
might be the right time to make a different choice.
Since it is important to distinguish a dataset to a datasource, so I would use:
tdatasource1.png as a base for a generic dataset, which is then
specialized with 3 letters on it:
the actual spalsh is beautiful, but I agree on the fact that it's too
abstract: it takes time to look at it completely, in every detail, and
it takes even more time to understand it
IMHO, it is suitable for the home page, where you can stare it, but
not for a spash which disappears in a moment.

One small note, you have an SQL injection at your code. I recommend
you to use parameters as how to add the values, but prior to that, you
should check to see if there are invalid chars, and trim them. That
way, you can avoid a lot of problems.
