David, You are quite right in that he would have to install Legacy to view the files. The best way is to send him your backup file (usually in C:\Legacy\Data) which he can import using FileRestore Family file. The interesting question is the multimedia files. I don't know for sure, perhaps

Thanks for that, I just saw it there and thought it could. However, after unpacking to the directory one wishes my points are vaild. I also think that if a New User is created in the name of the originator and the files unpacked to there it would work without having to search for the files,
