so called witness feature will be in Legacy 7? I've been wanting to
reorganize my sources and events and have been holding off (for two
years now) hoping for this functionality.

Ha ha... You're right! I am new to this. I really thought that after
Legacy 6 didn't come with it they would surely address it in Legacy 7,
but maybe not.again. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

would be great if you could ask. UTF-8 or UTF8 support is the support
for many more special characters, such as the Polish alphabet.
Currently there is only support for some of the special characters,
such as Spanish or German

The Mills book is basically how to reference genealogical sources
correctly. The version I looked at was outdated (1996?) and I don't recall
