Keith, Did you place the cemetery name and address in the Burial Location field? If so, open that window up and click on the Address List button. When the next window opens, select the cemetery for which you want your listing and click on the Show List button. You can also print the

Dennis - Is there anyway to use ACCESS to populate the burial address to all those buried in a specific cemetery? I find after viewing the suggestions here that I have a lot of folks I know are buried in a specific cemetery, but it would take a lot of key strokes to get this data into my

THANK YOU EVERYONE! I have used parts of many of the suggestions and made a list for each cemetery - now I know what to look for! Also discovered that I have made some errors and several locations were duplicated - so I was able to correct and consolidate them (doesn't that seem to always happen

For much used cemeteries (my family-wise) I do like using the Burial Address because then I can pinpoint it with coordinates and photos. But you can do that by entering the cemetery in the Burial Place Field too. Entering the cemetery in the Burial Place Field doesn't mess with the Master
