Lucy, You need a computer tech to help you re-establish your Documents folder properly if you can't do it yourself. It sounds as if you originally moved it properly but didn't handle it properly when your external drive with it on died. Cathy Ian Thomas

It varies. Sometimes Google is not spot on - search for a church, and it's somewhere in the area, but not the church - even using exact coordinates! The same problem occurs sometimes with Bing. Genuki is unparallelled for old maps of Britain. You can get the town and zero in on the castle
