Well, it is not so stupid ;) . By checking it I noticed once thing. Making a new file, and adding to the preamble *\usepackage{lipsum}* everything works fine. But my problem is a little different. As I'm writing a scientific paper, my advisor shared with me his LyX template, from the APS (Revtex
