I get a strange effect. If i use \placecontent all is as expected, but if I
use
\completecontent the click on chapter 3 in the table of content jumps to
chapter
2 in the pdf. 2 jumps to 1. A click on

\dopresetfieldsymbol #1-\checkobjectreferences
for nearly all interaction fields in mkiv. Mkii compiles, but the pop-up
tooltip is only a black box (not the text 'tooltip').

human interaction ... I wish all the bugs were such :) :) :)
This indeed works now, though ironically I still cannot compile the
document from where I extracted the example, for at least two
different reasons, one of them being in my own module :)

Hans. As its code
is rather tortuous I studied other examples. Up till now this has been
quite a time investment without noticeable return, partly due to not
finding a comprehensive \*interaction* commands documentation to
guide me all along.
