Thank you, Hans!
I don't understand 2, 3, and 4, but I can wikify 1. Just two question: What
exactly are the limitations? And what is meant by horizontal registers?
Regarding the implementation: I've just tried it, and I wondered whether the

Hi,
I'm using tabulate for parallel texts (source and translation next to each
other). The top of each table should consist of only one cell covering both
columns with centered content. Is that possible?
A HTML equivalent will look roughly like this:

Is there a way to combine them? I was hoping to have the dotted variant above

Hi
Footnotes originating from an RTL paragraph will be also typeset in RTL mode as
the following example illustrates:
%%
\setupdelimitedtext[blockquote]
[leftmargin=1.5em,rightmargin=0em,]
\definedelimitedtext[rtlblockquote]
Ok, this works:
\setupnote[footnote][align=l2r]
Does that have any drawbacks?
