which I migrated from MKIV to LMTX version of ConTeXt. As Wolfgang recommened.
I migrated old syntax to new one and replace \page[yes] before each section to

Perhaps Hans or other people could help tikz staff to do the pending and

So, the problem is not the package or the distro, it's something more basic
which causes the error.
