I have 4 Server 2008 R2 Active Directory DC's and I have the old 2003 Active Directory still on the network. The 2008's can resolve 100% DNS requests made on them but no clients pointed to them will resolve 100% The 2003's can resolve locally and pass good resolution on to the Clients. So on
