I would say that the standard player might be okay if all you ever want to
do is just read a book! But you're right; if you want to skip ahead and

Yes..you do need the latest version of the ACB Tuner in order for it to work

I would also imagine that Total Recorder would do what you want; others on
here can tell me if I'm right (it _does_ record) but not sure of whether it
will do whatever it is you need it for!

No; Total Recorder has nothing to do with Skype..although I suppose you
could record Skype calls with it. But Total Recorder _does_ record; I also
believe you can edit (that is, if you have the pro version) which I don't
have!
