Yes that’s true and I’m sorry that I can’t help either because I’ve never had
that problem in all the time I’ve used Airfoil and that’s been quite a few
years now, have you looked around on Google for a possible solution? That’s
where I usually find solutions to issues like that.

Hello Dane
I still have the problem that I can not stream with Airfoil. VLc lets the music
sound like a robot and Winamp just makes crackles. I filled in the support form
but got no answer. It is really a pity that one pays for software and can’t use
it.

you one little bit if that's what you want to do.
To put it into perspective - and you'll see this on the Airfoil page -
Airfoil Speakers transfer your Android device into a speaker so you can
plug it into your Headphones,
Hi!

You'll need Airfoil on your device you're going to stream from so the
source therefore can only be a Mac or a Windows machine, Airfoil
Speakers - Satellite I think is the name of the most modern version -
isn't fully compatible with AirPlay but it is fully compatible with Airfoil.

Hi Dane
Can Airfoile capture the output of a screen reader like Jaws or Voice Over as
well as the music? I often use a wireless keyboard in a different room from my
PC and get the audio output on an old-fashioned wireless radio speaker. I'm
wondering if I could replace with an airplay one.
Hi all
I like AIrfoil a lot and one day might try it using Apple TV to transmit the
stream from my Mac running AIrfoil. Ah, so the white noise is mixed in with the
stream then. The overlaid got a little confusing for me, meaning it will
either modulate or somehow corrupt the stream so that
This is certainly good news. Shows ya just how infrequently I use my
Airplay devices with Windows!

I forgot to mention it allows you to wirelessly stream audio from one
device running Airfoil Speakers or an Apple Airport Express or Apple TV
to the computer where Airfoil is installed and running. Neat if you want
to broadcast your music collection or audio books around your house.
