Do you have the softpack for the Stream? I presume this is a first generation
stream. If you don't have the softpack, the enhanced audio format is not
supported by the Stream. If you do have the softpack, I'm not sure why the
Audible book won't play.
I believe you can format the card
You may need the softpack which you have to buy to support that format.
