This picture works for me because it's a closeup and is such an usual shot.
DOF does not bother me at all. Nice choice on framing. I could see this
being some sort of silly animal greeting card.

I almost stopped the download of your file, but I was into it quite a bit
and decided to wait until it loaded completely. There's no reason or need
to post an 825K file fore a web image. Many viewers are on slow, dial-up
connections, and the wait to see a file of so great a size
get more viewers that way.

What would be nice is if our cameras had an auto bracketing feature
for DOF. I guess when making these images it might be worth taking
several shots at different f-stops.
