* large TODO

Bug description: livedocs 'function index' doesn't exist
Description:
When viewing livedocs it (the TOC) provides a link titled 'Function Index'
but when going there it does a search for 'indexes' rather than display
any sort of function index. The dead manual links
If livedocs have any problems with that then we can code the needed
stuff into it :) Sooner or later :)
Just one question: will livedocs ever goes live?
Nobody is working on it I and Medhi have commited a couple of patches
but there were no significant changes yet.

Surely you can come up with an example that doesn't
include profanity? There are innocent children reading
the manual too! ;)
