Earthing is a good method. I would also use the Australian Bush Flower
Essences Electro combination as a preventative and treatment for the
Electrical M. Field problems.
http://abfe-info.blogspot.com/ has a write up on Electro.

Hey group-
What on earth is wrong with me? I take every kind of supplement to take good
care of myself. When the sun is shinning I feel wonderful...but a storm front
comes in and I am trashed...fatigue, aches and pains, sleepy beyond words.
What can I do to stop this?
Thanks in advance,
Are you taking enough vit-D3? This helps with aches, pains and mood.

Have you considered doing the CMO protocol that Brooks posted. It might be
worth a try.
Also, how much Vit D3 are you taking and how much MSM? MSM is like Vit C from
what I have read. It must be taken to bowel tolerance and then backed off
slightly. Doing it this way was the only way
alot of the D about 4,000 mg a day and a tsp of the msm

Hi Deborah,
Not giving advise, just want to let you know about me.
I've had fibro for about 10 years.
I've tried lots of things. The only thing I've been consistent
with is colloid silver, (silver puppy type). 1 ounce AM and
PM and 1 ounce every hour if I feel like a flu coming on.
Over all
OK, so the D3 is adequate but unless you go to bowel tolerance on 1 tsp of MSM
it is not enough.
Good luck.

You might look into using a S.A.D.[ Seasonal Affliction Disorder] light

SAD light fixtures are expensive. If the red light and 50% rose gradient

lights. Some people never need to graduate to them because the glasses and red
