I find that taking CS orally only helps a little when you are a fighting a lung infection UNLESS you nebulize it. CS only works where it can reach. Taking it orally doesn't hit the bronchioles much so nebulizing is always the best protocol for lung infections. I use a little DMSO mixed in to
