One thing I find handy in the fxtree is that you can link scene objects to comp effects via expressions. I've done allot of re-lighting and 2.5D tracking this way. I will miss it but I don't think it gets into the top 5 for me. My top 5: 1: ICE 2: operator stack 3: Interface and work flow
