solid fats from fast
food restaurant..
the reaction came out well , with a little layer of
soap on the top
is this because the oil has water?

regardless of the cause of your emulsion you could probably solve your
problems by finding a better feedstock. is there no better oil than this
thick paste of solid fats available?
