I agree with Steve. I hate the rule, but there needs to be some personal
responsibility someplace. The rule has been in place for more than a year

Didn't they require their Junior team to purchase their own uniforms last
summer? I've seen more than one former Canadian compete for other countries
because of a lack of support from Athletics Canada.
