Just to give some background on what I'm trying to do here. I'm helping
a team in Myanmar setup a software package called Sahana which is an
open source disaster response package. It will be used to help in the
response to the recent Cyclone.

I've started looking at change sets to upload blocks of data (population
figures in this case) and am a little confused.
From the work I have done so far I can produce a change set such as

Mir wäre es lieber gewesen, OSM würde von ein paar Nerds weiter
vervollständigt,
bis es langsam _aber sicher_ zu 100% complete ist.
Das ist illusorisch. Wenn OSM von 50 Nerds bearbeitet wuerde, die
ihre Sache gut machen, dann haetten wir keinen Marktvorteil
gegenueber Teleatlas

ich habe mir letztens mal wieder das Worldfile (Welt) 2008.05.29
heruntergeladen und in MapSourece eingebunden.
Leider ist es jetzt nicht mehr möglich Kacheln aus MapSource auf mein
Navi hochzuladen was bei älteren Worldfile funktioniert hat.
Währe es Möglich die Funktion wieder

Das Tarnfleckmuster wäre genial ... ;-)
Aber es reicht auch olivgrün oder irgendeine andere freie Farbe,
vielleicht industriefarbennah, keine Ahnung, was da üblich ist...
