today, i decided to enable tracker and let it index my home folder.
after coming back, my computer was UNUSABLE because trackerd or tracker-
indexer was using up so much of my cpu, it took about 5 minutes just for
my computer to drop to a terminal mode, type in my login information,

Radeon 200M graphics and the open source drivers: changing the power
management or screensaver options just blanks the screen.
However both xset dpms force off and sudo vbetool dpms off turn off

Just upgraded to Jaunty. It doesn't work for me. :(
dmesg indicates that the card has been detected and drivers have been
loaded successfully, but I can neither see the WPA2 Personal network
that I have here, nor connect to it by name. This was working until the
upgrade; three other machines here
