I just came from 47th Street between Osage and Pine where a classic UC
circus is in progress.
It seems 4 horses escaped from a barn on Markoe (near 47th and
Westminster) and ran southwest, unobstructed until around 49th Cedar.
A police tow truck with cowboy driver sprang into action too lasso
I see the negative space, but also the negative symbols.
The U,C D share an homogenized look, stuffed in a cocktail glass, not

Parking permits do NOT buy you a spot in front of your house.
They buy you the convenience of being able to park, with resident
preference, any where within the boundaries of the permit. The permits
can be handy when you want to park in front of your own home, and also

requirements for annual medical certification of the disability. Even in
the snow, the fine for parking a vehicle that does not carry handicap
