WAP Push question

Hello All, Pretty new to this but here goes. Have installed Kannel, all working well, can send and recieve SMS over various providers. Trying to send WAP push now. Set everything up and send message using test_ppg.exe. the wap box receives the message, accepts it and says 'push mesage
