I installed JDK6, NetBeans 6.5, Ruby one-click installer(1.8.6-27).
When I clicked button, popup does not pop.
I uninstalled ruby1.8.6-27 and re-installed ruby1.8.6-26.exe as
administrator. Popup works fine for me now.
