relationship between the data in each column and the column headers
are, IMHO, necessary.

from A to B easily. But they don't always.

The problem is your first p /p in the sidebar. Take of the p /p of
the first item and all all the item will take the correct place. In the
sidebar take of the padding and add padding-top:10px;

My previous employer has advertised for someone to fill my old job and
