Have installed 4.4.0 on top of RH v.9. Whenever I try to start X, I get the grey

I tried to install Yellow Dog linux distributio on my iBook G4 that has a

XFree86 4.3 I have installed does not in fact have that card listed in
the card database. I understand from some research I have done on the
XFree web sites though that it is in fact supported now!

Hey, I am new here and I don't know where to put this question. I have an older computer with an ATI Mach(264vt2) graphics card, and the system is running Windows 95. Will these drivers work with this card and operating system? Or are these drivers only for Linux systems? Thank you for any help
