How can I use/activate this feature under Linux?
Secondly, I would like to use the dual monitor feature
of this graphics card. Activating it using the ATI Control
panel doesn't have any effect.
I guess this doesn't happen with DRI disabled? Looks like pure luck to
me that RADEONWaitForVerticalSync() ever returns when the DRM handles
vertical blank interrupts. I'll look into fixing that if noone beats me
to it.

Further development... After disconnection of the S-Video cable from my TV
followed by a reboot I could start XFree86 with output to my monitor. As
soon as I connect the S-Video cable again and reboot I can't start
XFree86.
