In the upgrade from 0.7 to 1.0, Attribute pages become Property pages, and if you run SMW_unifyProperties.php it moves Relation pages to the Property namespace.
However, I think Relation talk pages are left behind, e.g. http://ontoworld.org/wiki/Relation_talk:Is_a I didn't see any orphan Attribute_talk pages; perhaps because the Attribute namespace becomes the Property namespace, the talk pages are automatically migrated.
