[You may remember that I had migrated, again for RedHat/Fedora packaging,
the HTML documentation into Doxygen-ready pages. It may help to maintain the
documentation more easily. I guess, though, that it will be difficult to
migrate for the 3.1.0 release. So, if you want, and in case other developers
find an interest into it, I can re-work on that part after the release]
