Please send me a capture file. Run this from SSH:

tcpdump -ni fxp0 -s 0 -w /tmp/mailfailure.pcap host xxx.xxx.51.1

replacing fxp0 with your actual WAN interface and xxx.xxx.51.1 with
the real IP of the server. After starting that, send a couple small
emails, then try to send a big email two or three times. I want to see
what happens with both those that succeed and those that fail. Then
ctrl-c to stop the tcpdump, download /tmp/mailfailure.pcap from
Diagnostics -> Command and email it to me offlist.
