Mr Steinman

Your own S/S+N ratio may not be very high if you really think you
voted for anything on this list. Journalism majors might have learnt
to check their facts better had they learnt their trade (indeed) on a
newspaper rather than in the shaded halls of academe. It seems you
don't even know which newspaper you're reading.

Your idea of what's "good stuff" might not be everybody's. The range
of membership of this list is much wider than you take account of. A
journalist ought perhaps to have a better idea of his readers before
he starts airing his opinions in what, as Hakan correctly said, is a
publication.

See my previous post on this. I've seen much censorship that's been
called editing, and vice versa.

Very many list members are not native English speakers. You might not
even be in the majority here. Every allowance should be made for
non-native English speakers, I will not have them criticised in any
way. And you're calling for other people to be considerate to you??

There are a lot more options to it than that, if one has a bit of skill.

Nobody insists that you do anything, Mr Steinman. I see that you may
be beginning to learn something about handling incoming information
from the below, but don't blame other people for the choices you make
and your own lack of skill.

What nonsense.
