Guys, I am confident that you realize that this is just a fairy tale. What better way to scare everyone than to suggest scenarios that are far beyond reason. Of course it might be possible, but it is also possible that the sun will explode, an asteroid will destroy life on earth, a giant volcano will freeze us before the ice melts, and about a million other things.
My money is on the realization that most likely none of the above will occur and that life will be pretty much as usual for the next 100 years. If you want something real to worry about, keep your eyes upon the nations that now have and will soon have nuclear weapons. This is truly frightening.
