If the printer supports "sharing" over a network, then the printer can be set to be a shared printer and will be seen by other computers on the network, wireless or wired. Of course, each computer will need the printer drivers for that printer to be installed on each computer.
Not all printers can be shared. Older Epson printers (at least as old as the Stylus Color 600 cannot be shared using Epson software. There is at least one third-party printer utility that will allow sharing older Epson printers. I think all Apple serial printers can be shared.
