I don't think the tone arm has been flipped round backwards - I've had a mate check it out as well but I'll double check.
I did try adjusting the anti-skate (I think I've tried all possible combinations of weight / height / anti-skate !!) It's got to the point where it's just too annoying to mix as I'm always battling against the decks! G.
