I can't quite understand why fellow club-goers are getting the abuse for others not hearing the music. Surely that's the promoter's fault for turning the sound system up a bit. Maybe this is some strange cultural divide, but I can't imagine going to a club in the UK and not being able to hear the DJ because of a conversation next to me. I know there was the recent ear plug thread. I am genuinely puzzled.
